Cost: $10 for the entire family plus $8 state parking fee ($1 discount if you present the flyer at the gate). We encourage you to bring new and prospective members and their families with you for no additional YMCA charge.
Description: The Wisdom Tree is a highly entertaining, educational and inspirational program that takes you far beyond old textbooks and dusty artifacts. Through a creative blending of storytelling, live music, ventriloquism, special effects and makeup, The Wisdom Tree breathes new life into Native American history and culture and takes you back in time on a journey of the imagination. See how the customs and traditions of this ancient and living culture can help children and parents learn from the past, live and grow in the present and give their best in the future.
We also use this event to hold a graduation ceremony for our 3rd graders. We hope to see them in the fall for the Trailblazers program. This is a family event, so be sure to bring everyone.
We will also be using this event to bring prospective members to see what a typical event is like. Our nation will be covering the admission cost for prospective members.
Be sure to print the flyer to the right and bring it to the event. Food and drink is not provided, be sure to pack a picnic lunch as well as chairs and/or a blanket.
